WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment options are Paypal and Credit/Debit Card.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, we will not refund your item. We print custom items made especially for you following the instructions/options that you choose on the listing. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY AT CHECKOUT BEFORE PURCHASING before proceeding with your purchase. If you cannot adequately describe your order on the listing email us on sortitwithsteph@hotmail.com. If you do not give the correct specifications for your item and you are not happy with it when you receive it you are welcome to order another item with the correct specifications at your own expense.
HOW LONG UNTIL IÂ GET MY ORDER?
We do our best to get your order out to you asap, however it can get quite busy so please allow for your order to take between 2-10 working days to be made. On receipt of shipping confirmation your order will be all packed up waiting on the courier, allow for another 2-3days after this confirmation.

WHAT ARE THE DECALS MADE OF
​
We use high performance premium vinyl. This is made to be used indoors and outdoors on motor vehicles and store fronts.

WHAT CAN I STICK IT ON?
We recommend our decals be stuck to gloss or semi gloss surfaces like glass, plastic, smooth painted wood, laminate, metal etc.

WHAT SHOULD I NOT STICK IT ON?
As our decals are very high tack, do not stick these to your interior walls, doors or anything where you plan to remove them again. The decals will take wall paper and paint with them on removal. Apply to these surfaces at your own risk. Also unless otherwise stated they are not for use on fabrics or anything of that sort. We do some items in iron on vinyl such as our customized pencil cases.

CAN I PUT MY DECALS IN THE DISHWASHER?
No. Decals can NOT go through the dishwasher. Hand washing only is recommended.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
At this time we are not offering gift cards, But it is something in the works!
